Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Below you'll find our cancellation, amendment, and refund guidelines.
Cancellation & Amendment
Within 7 days of arrival: Any cancellation or amendment made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in the full booking amount being charged.
More than 7 days before arrival: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date will incur a 2% payment gateway processing charge on the booking amount. The remainder will be refunded to the original payment method.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), 100% of the total booking amount will be retained. No refund will be issued.
Early Departure
No refund will be provided for early check-out or any unused services, meals, or amenities during the booked stay period.
Important Notes
- •All room tariffs are exclusive of 18% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
- •Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- •For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, separate cancellation terms may apply. Please contact the reservations desk.
- •Management reserves the right to modify these policies. Guests will be informed of any changes at the time of booking.
